In order to best help our delegates succeed in the M2M course, we have created a four-month plan to guide participants in preparation for Day 1. Our goal is for all delegates to have confident answers for the five bullet points below.
What does success by Day 1 of M2M look like for me?
I have already:
-formed real relationships and identity as a cohort.
-practiced showing up consistently (the #1 predictor of success).
-clarified my “why,” my initial business direction, and my sustainability intention.
-I understand the support model in mentors and student consultants.
-I have handled logistics (calendar blocked, childcare/transport plan, technology).
